As a CRT, can I facilitate an Essentials course?

Modified on Mon, 3 Aug at 2:49 PM

College Registered Trainers (CRTs) are not automatically eligible to deliver Essentials courses. However, we strongly encourage appropriately qualified CRTs to additionally become Essentials Facilitators.

To become an Essentials Facilitator, you must:

  • be in current CoSRH membership as an Associate, Diplomate, Member, or Fellow;
  • be actively involved in clinical SRH relating to the topic of the individual Essentials course you are interested in facilitating;
  • have some experience of delivering education and training;

We recognise that people have a range of experience and confidence in delivering courses, so we provide a variety of activities to support you to become a facilitator.
