I need to recertify but I don't know my FCSRH/MCSRH/CoSRH Diploma or LoC number - where can I find this?

We will need to be able to identify you easily when you submit your recertification forms.

You can give us:

• Your membership number (you can find this at the top of the page when you log into your MyCoSRH account)

• Your regulatory body number (for example GMC number of NMC pin)
• Your qualification number if one was issued at the time of your qualification (this could begin with a 'D' or 'A' or 'M' or 'F')

Please note that we no longer issue separate qualification numbers, so the easiest way to identify you if you contact us is to give us your CoSRH membership number or regulatory body number.
