Why your dates are likely to differ from what you expected to see is because the College provided two separate extensions during the Covid pandemic. Extensions were added to help practitioners during the pandemic.
If you prefer, you can choose to submit your recertifications earlier. Please understand though, that whenever you recertify, it will add a maximum of five years to your recertification date. So if you do choose to submit earlier you will lose any remaining extension.
