How will the training be structured?

Each module is defined by a Capability in Practice (CiP), which is a statement of what the candidate will be able to do on successful completion of the module.

To achieve this, candidates must complete a range of assessments and gather evidence in an electronic portfolio of evidence on the CoSRH Training Hub.

Evidence includes:

        Workplace-based assessments (e.g. Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise (Mini-CEX), Case-Based Discussions)

Observed clinical skills and practical procedures (OSATS)

        Reflections and self-directed learning

        Patient and colleague feedback

A final summative assessment with your Principal Trainer

Candidates must meet with their Principal Trainer for induction, interim and sign-off meetings for each module.

A module is complete when all evidence is submitted on the Training Hub and signed off, resulting in a ‘Completion of Module’ certificate.
