You should follow the criteria on the recertification page of the website here: Recertification - Letter of Competence | CoSRH
If you hold a current CoSRH membership (diplomate or associate) there is no cost when you apply for this.
If you are not a current member and do not wish to apply then the cost will be £450 per application (2023).
