All CoSRH members will receive an email from us on Tuesday 25 November 2025 with details of how to renew.
For most members with an annual direct debit, renewing is automatic and will happen on 28 February 2026, so there is nothing more you need to do.
To pay by a different method, please see below:
Go to www.cosrh.org and log into your MyCoSRH account. Go to My Account and My Payments and then scroll down to Open invoices. You will see your outstanding membership fees listed (the amount shown below is just as an example):

Pay by bank transfer (BACs)
To pay by bank transfer, please see the CoSRH details below:
Bank Name: CAF Bank Ltd
Sort Code: 40-52-40
Account No. 00022134
Account name: College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare
If you are paying by bank transfer, please ensure you enter your membership number/ID as the reference, otherwise we cannot track your payment to add it to your membership record.
Setting up a Direct Debit (10 months/yearly instalments)
To set up a monthly or annual Direct Debit, go to www.cosrh.org and log-in to MyCoSRH account. Go to My Account and then Direct Debit mandate on the left hand side.
You can spread the cost of membership with ten monthly direct debit* instalment payments, starting in February. You will need to set up your direct debit by Friday 6 February 2026.
If you already have a direct debit set up and you need to amend the details you can also do that here.
*Please note direct debits require a UK bank account.

You will get a confirmation email the next day once it has been set up.

Tax relief on membership fees
Yes, you can claim tax relief on annual membership fees you pay to approved professional bodies like the CoSRH, if being a member is relevant to your job. You must be paying the fee yourself, rather than your employer paying for your membership. Find out how to claim at: https://www.gov.uk/tax-relief-for-employees/professional-fees-and-subscriptions
If you need to discuss any aspect of your renewal, contact us via at support@cosrh.org or by raising a ticket.
