You can cancel your membership at any point during the year. We will update your record, and you will not be contacted about renewing the following year. Please note that if you notify us to cancel after 31 March of the membership year, we do not offer refunds.

If you wish to leave, please submit a ticket via our support portal with your membership number so we can update your record. We will confirm once this is done by email.
If you are retiring, you could change your membership to a Retired member. See more information here.
