Can I do one OSATS form for more than one procedure – i.e. if I do a speculum, bimanual and endometrial biopsy all the same level, can I just do one form?

If I am not trying to prove competence but just progress, is 1 formative OSATS enough? I.e., if this year I am meant to be level 2 in certain procedures, will 1 OSATS in each of those procedures showing level 2 supervision be ok?

The new GUM/HIV SpR curriculum plan is to dual accredit with general medicine, but I’d prefer to dual accredit with SRH - would this be possible and how would it practically work as a CESR?
