How do I compile my evidence?

There are three approaches to compiling evidence prior to submission via GMC Connect:

• The CSRH ePortfolio - an online platform available for an annual fee - enables you to categorise and store evidence and hosts digital versions of the required forms, including OSATS and procedure logs. To request access to the ePortfolio, log in to your MyCoSRH account and complete the ePortfolio request form and submit payment.
• Forms and templates can be downloaded from the CoSRH website and stored on a secure drive or as paper files.
• The GMC Connect application itself can be used as an electronic portfolio, with evidence uploaded as it is gathered. This option is time-limited to 24 months from the point of application.

In all cases, evidence must be uploaded to the GMC application page prior to formal submission.
